Challenges Ahead

What we're working through next

Named plainly, as the board recorded them — not polished into vague ambitions.

  • Put the bye-law amendments and new Society symbol approved at the 10th AGM into formal effect.
  • Clear pending Eye Conclave-related payments (~₹47,000): auditor fees, CSR certificate charges, and report printing/design.
  • Complete the current year's audit and income-tax return.
  • Identify one flagship service project (₹4-5 crore scale) to pursue for institutional grant-in-aid.
  • Follow up on Past President Dr. Minaketan's pledge of land for an Old Age Home.
  • Submit yearly documentation to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR); registration itself needs renewal every 5 years.
  • Develop a year-long calendar of activities and mobilise funds accordingly.
